Shipping Method

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days from placing the order. Order processing times may increase during high-volume periods, sales, and holidays. If you have any questions about your order, please email us at support@lgbtprints.com, and we will be happy to help you.
Return Policy
LGBT Prints will return any unopened merchandise up to 15 days after receiving it. Please email support@lgbtprints.com to request a return authorization for any online order and include "Return Authorization" in the subject with the order number. LGBT Prints is not responsible for lost returns. Proof of return is valid only when tracking says delivered to LGBT Prints. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover return shipping costs. Returns require proof of purchase (e.g., your order number, order confirmation email, and online receipt). Refunds cover the price of the item returned and do not include shipping fees.

If there are any issues with your order, we typically will resolve within 15 days of receiving the item. Please email support@lgbtprints.com with details regarding your order. If an item arrives damaged or defective, photographs of the items in question are required for any replacement or refund, so please include them in your email.
